For as long as I can remember I’ve always been the most awkward person in the room, especially in a room full of people I don’t know. People would always assume I’m either shy, angry or just a bitch but really what I have is social anxiety. After years of therapy to sort out my personal issues I can remember asking my therapist to help me with something else. I asked her “Can you please help me not be scared of other people? I’m always the most awkward person in the room.” In this blog I want to share with you some coping techniques I have learnt over the years.
