This 4 week kickstart challenge is here to help you stay motivated and create some healthy habits. This is not a weight loss challenge. It is a challenge to challenge yourself to allow you to focus on you because you are important.

While exercise is a main focus, each week we will have our daily checklist, as well as
3 healthy habits to implement into your life.

For the exercise component you can:

  • There will be 3 free workouts available on@move.bybritt Instagram per week during the challenge which you can use as your daily workouts PLUS the other 70+ workouts already on the page.

  • Follow my postpartum/beginners Move Mama e-guide which you can purchase HERE

  • Find any exercise/gym class etc you enjoy – pilates, yoga, F45, weight training at the gym etc.

    Our aim is to workout 3-5 times per week and walk minimum 3 days too.

Of course great nutrition is so important for our health. The beautiful Krissy a qualified nutritionist @her.nourished has generously given us her expert knowledge and some amazing recipes to help you through this challenge.

Before starting this challenge please gain medical clearance. Postpartum you MUST have medical clearance to exercise and be at least 6 weeks postpartum.

All info in these guides is generalised and shouldn’t replace any specific guidance from medical professionals.

Before starting this challenge I would also recommend seeing a womens health physio especially if you are postpartum.

For the pregnant mama’s please find a pregnancy safe exercise program to follow. I will try to share some options on my @move.bybritt page but please gain medical clearance and if you can find a specific pregnancy exercise program/class/workout to follow.
