For a lot of new mums, ‘me time’ is very limited. We tend to get caught up in our daily lives with not enough emphasis placed on our well being.
It is important to take some time out in your week to reboot and unwind. Me time enables our brains to rest, it allows us to switch off and clear our mind, recharge and focus. It allows us to think clearly and process our problems more effectively.
Me time will ultimately help us to increase our productivity and strengthen our relationships, resulting in a happier, healthier self.
Every body’s idea of me-time is different. Listed below are some ideas to help get you started.
