Pregnancy Diary: Finding out we are pregnant and Pregnancy announcement photoshoot.

After the wild ride that 2020 has been so far this little baby in my belly has been the biggest blessing. A true reminder of all that is good in the world.

I never imagined myself as a mum of 3. I always thought that 2 was our number but from the time I had Remi something in my heart told me there was one more little soul just waiting for us.

Finding out…

We hadn’t started “trying” but we had decided that we would maybe next year once things settled down in the world but this little babe had different ideas. Our most beautiful and welcome surprise was coming for us…

On 12th August I woke up with this overwhelming feeling that I was pregnant. I can’t explain it but its the exact same feeling I had when I was pregnant with Remi. The other thing that made me think I might be was that I thought I had got my period early but it stopped after a day or so. That’s when I knew it was most likely not my period but implantation bleeding which I had with Remi too.

I quickly went to the supermarket and bought a pregnancy test. I couldn’t wait until I got home so I took it in the toilets at the shopping centre. After no time at all a very bright pregnant line appeared. Please tell me Im not the only one who found out they were pregnant in a public toilet? Haha..

Looking down at those two lines all I could think was.

“Wow. Here we go again.”

Our littlest love is due on 24th April 2021. We cannot wait to hold our final piece of our puzzle in our arms.

It’s been an absolute joy sharing our news with the world and I am so grateful for all of the support I have felt surround us through my online community.

Its been a hard couple of months thanks to HG (severe pregnancy sickness) but since sharing our news I couldn’t feel more love or support. I feel so much less alone.
